Where the entity index gives the per-counterparty view, the geography index gives the per-location view, and the timeline index gives the per-date view, the topics index gives the per-thesis view: the concepts that recur across the buildout, the analytical lenses that make sense of the entity flow, and the narrative throughlines that institutional readers track.

The platform’s topical organization has settled around eight clusters. Each cluster contains five to fifteen long-form topic pages, with cross-links into the entity, geography, deal flow, and policy layers. The clusters are not mutually exclusive; most topic pages sit at the intersection of two or three clusters and are discoverable from multiple entry points.

Cluster 1: Sovereign AI

The sovereign-AI cluster covers the structural thesis that anchors the Saudi program.
