The primary scraping covers SDAIA, PIF, Humain, NEOM, MCIT, Vision 2030, and 100+ adjacent domains, totaling 3,751+ files in the primary corpus. Government PDFs include 307 documents totaling over 2.3 million words: PIF annual reports, SDAIA strategy documents, Vision 2030 program delivery plans, and the Saudi Data Intelligence Nuclear Brief. All data flows through a structured extraction pipeline that produces a unified database of: 1,915 web content records (avg 878 words, zero junk, zero duplicates); 3,530 entity mentions across 51 unique tracked entities; 3,330 structured data points spanning money, GPU, power capacity, and facility specifications; 5,194 extracted tables; and 11,659 PDF pages with full-text search. The data files driving every page on this site are publicly inspectable. Source URLs are attached to every record. Where a fact comes from spec baseline rather than extracted data, it is tagged accordingly.
The SCS Framework
The Sovereign Compute Score (SCS) is the platform’s analytical anchor. It is a 0-10 score computed across seven weighted components — Capacity, Capital, Velocity, Sovereignty, Silicon Access, Geopolitical Resilience, and Execution — for every entity in the tracked universe. The methodology is disclosed in full at /methodology/, the underlying entity universe is published at /players/, and the component weights and thresholds are fixed.
The SCS is recomputed weekly. Status tier transitions are flagged automatically and surface in the Sovereign Compute Terminal. Subscribers and public readers can audit the score for any entity by inspecting the underlying input attributes on the entity profile page.
Independence
Saudi Compute is not affiliated with the Saudi Arabian government, SDAIA, Humain, PIF, or any operating partner. All content is produced independently from public filings, press releases, earnings calls, regulatory documents, and verified journalism. The platform takes no funding, sponsorship, or in-kind support from any tracked entity. Subscriber revenue and platform-internal funding are the primary revenue sources.
The independence posture matters because the value of the platform depends on the credibility of its analytical layer. A Saudi-affiliated platform would be unable to surface the risk dimensions (capacity announcement-versus-delivery ratios, BIS license throughput, geopolitical-realignment risk) that institutional readers rely on. A US-aligned advocacy platform would be unable to surface the structural achievements (the multi-vendor silicon architecture, the policy stack, the operational ramp at Humain) that the program has delivered. The platform’s role is to do both.

Contact and Feedback
For corrections, source submissions, or research collaboration, the platform operates a contact layer disclosed at the platform’s contact endpoints. The platform welcomes correction submissions from any reader, including from tracked entities. Corrections are evaluated against the underlying source corpus and integrated into the next data refresh where they meet the editorial standard.
The platform does not respond to commercial inquiries about content licensing, sponsorship, or paid placement. The independence posture is a hard constraint.

What This Platform Replaces
Before saudicompute.com existed, an institutional analyst tracking the Saudi compute story had to assemble the picture from a combination of fragmented sources: press releases scattered across 100+ partner-corporate domains, government PDFs published in Arabic and English with inconsistent metadata, sell-side equity research that touches the Saudi story only when it intersects a covered counterparty, conference materials that cover specific moments in the buildout chronology, and the Saudi-domiciled English-language press that covers some-but-not-all of the underlying disclosure flow. The analytical work of integrating those sources into a coherent picture was significant; the picture was rarely current; and the analytical depth varied widely across topics.
The platform’s role is to consolidate that work into a single, methodology-disclosed, continuously-updated reference layer. The data layer ingests across the source set and normalizes into a unified schema. The SCS framework provides the analytical anchor that lets readers compare entities across classes. The editorial layer surfaces the analytical work of integrating across the data layer. Why English-Language
The platform operates primarily in English. The choice reflects the operational reality that the institutional readership for the Saudi compute story is predominantly English-reading: international hyperscaler business-development teams, US and EU policy researchers, sovereign-wealth-fund allocators globally, semiconductor strategy desks at international vendors, and the broader international-investor audience.
