The Financial Academy Marks the Graduation of 40 
More Financial Sector Leaders 
The Financial Academy has celebrated the graduation of 
40 financial sector male and female leaders, who 
successfully completed the Future Financial Leadership 
Program (FFLP). The new graduates received extensive 
training within editions 3 and 4 of the FFLP, held in 
partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership 
(CCL). Each FFLP edition spanned four months, addressing 
several sector-specific topics such as the Saudi Vision 
2030, changes the financial sector is going through, how 
to navigate the rapid technology developments driven by 
the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its use, and the fintech. 
The FFLP aims to activate and enrich the professional 
journey of the financial sector's leading executives by 
preparing them for tomorrow’s challenges and enabling 
them to forecast future outcomes and ward off potential 
risks in business environment. In addition, the program 
seeks to inspire future leaders to visualize the optimal 
conditions for their organizations’ sustainability and 
business prosperity.  
The Insurance Authority and the Saudi Commission for 
Health Specialties sign an agreement to develop the 
performance of the healthcare practitioners  
The Insurance Authority and the Saudi Commission for 
Health Specialties signed a joint cooperation agreement 
to 
develop 
the 
performance 
of 
the 
healthcare 
practitioners working in the insurance sector, with the 
aim of improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare 
services. The agreement was signed at the Insurance 
Authority headquarters in Riyadh. The Insurance 
Authority was represented by the CEO Eng. Naji Alfaisal 
Altamimi, and the Saudi Commission for Health 
Specialties was represented by the Secretary General Dr. 
Aws bin Ibrahim Alshamsan. The agreement aims to 
develop a mechanism for classifying and registering 
healthcare practitioners working in the insurance sector, 
cooperate in developing joint programs, exchange 
expertise in education and training, and coordinate 
jointly on planning the efficiency of the healthcare 
workforce and human capital. It also aims to study the 
possibility of cooperation in research and decision-
making support. 
The Launch of the Gateway "Tameen" and A Sign
Language Video Call Service to Enhance Access to
Insurance Services 
The Insurance Authority announced the launch of the 
digital services gateway "Tameen", with the aim of
promoting 
digital 
transformation 
in 
the 
sector, 
developing an integrated digital insurance environment 
that contributes to enhancing the efficiency of oversight 
and compliance processes, and enabling companies to 
access digital services easily and conveniently. The 
announcement was made during a ceremony held for this 
occasion, attended by Eng. Naji Alfaisal Altamimi, the 
CEO of the Insurance Authority, and a number of 
chairmen and CEOs of insurance and reinsurance 
companies, as well as insurance and reinsurance 
brokerage companies. The gateway provides insurance 
companies with a wide range of digital services and 
features, including 22 licensing and approval services, 
including license issuance and renewal, final approvals 
for insurance products, and the regulation of agency 
contracts. It also includes procedures for transferring 
company branches, approving appointments in senior 
positions, and endorsing job visas for sector partners.
